I went to the senior high school one year ago, and got my first job from the English Club of the school association. My job as an editor in our school’s initial newspaper started from then and continued to now. 

At first, the senior asked me time after time, “Can you concert your time between the study and the job?” I thought it was easy and responded quickly with a “yes”. Then, I began to collect the information from the bilingual magazines, websites and so on. It was tough, although our newspaper was published only twice in a term. As a result, our end product must be precious; it always reminded us of doing better, better, until we become the best. We must set type by ourselves, and considered the color’s collocation. Don’t misunderstand, our newspaper wasn’t a color page, but two-tone (black and red). Well, it limited the publishing effect, but it could prove our ability at the same time.

However, the most difficult thing for me is connecting with my partners. We all do the job while studying, so our time isn’t enough actually. As a chief editor, I always do the most work, even though there are seven editors. So I must allot our work as far as possible. Anyway, the problem has been solved. We will publish the last newspaper in our vacation, and we have more time to make it more attractive, more perfect and more recreational.

My first job, which is quite a tough job, has never defeated me all along.
