On April 29th in 2007,all students in school began a national student sports program from 10 o'clock to 11 o'clock.In Jiangsu there are eleven million students joining in this program. The Ministry of Eucation advises student to do sports everyday.As its slogan says,one hour exercise a day,work fifty years in healthy,live all your life peacefully.
As for whether students should take one hour to do sports everyday or not,my opinion is that the student should do sports everyday.Now that students in high school do not have enough time to do sprts.But it is obvious that if you do in this way can you have more energy to study.So I think it is good for both health and study.On blance,it is important for students to do sports everyday!
